We’ve read Bram Stoker’s classic novel. We’ve seen the countless films. Now we can, metaphorically, find out why Count Dracula is the way he is.
Dracula’s Blood is a classic Halloween drink that every lover of this spook-tacular time of year should enjoy. It’s simple to make, and even simpler to sip. Even Dr. Van Helsing probably couldn’t resist. So, invite over a casket full of your favorite fiends…and enjoy!
Ingredients
- 50ml of Pomegranate Juice
- 50ml of Tequila Blanco
- 3 Tsp of Brandy
- 3 Tsp of Lemon Juice
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. of Agave Nectar
- Pomegranate & Blood Orange Sparkling Soda — preferably, San Pellegrino
- 1 Tsp of Grenadine
- Ice
Directions
- Mix together the Pomegranate Juice, Tequila, Lemon juice, Brandy, Agave Nectar, Grenadine and Ice in a mixing glass
- Stir to combine
- Pour into your chosen glass
- Proceed by topping up with Pomegranate & Blood Orange Sparkling Soda
For an added effect, smear a little raw beet juice along the rim, and chill in the freezer. Next, drop in some pomegranate seeds for garnish, and use some spooky-cool skull glasses to startle your guests.

He's also an avid horror film and movie memorabilia collector. One could say, he's autumn over summer. Pumpkins over pineapples. Horror over drama; and wearing black over anything else.
