Sending Halloween greeting cards and announcements is a yearly tradition for many of us, and doing it up right is a tradition. Unfortunately, The United States Postal Service is not issuing a fresh set of Forever Stamps for 2022. However, that doesn’t mean we still can’t get them.
These spirited stamps from the past would provide the perfect touch to spook-out your Halloween greeting card or if you simply want to collect. These timeless classics won’t be around for long. Although they’re still available on online market places such as Amazon and Ebay, supplies are limited and probably won’t be around “forever.” To find out more, click the images below.
Jack-o’-lantern Forever First Class Stamp
First introduced in 2016, this brand new booklet of 20 stamps features 4 different beautifully carved pumpkins that stand out nicely for any announcement. Though no longer available, they can be used for postage Forever.
Spooky Silhouettes Forever First Class Stamp
First introduced in 2019, this brand new booklet of 20 USPS Forever Stamps feature digital illustrations with Halloween motifs rendered as black silhouettes in eerily backlit windows with a beautiful iridescent shine. The images include a cat with an arched back beneath a raven perched on a bare tree branch, all against a yellowish-green background; two ghosts against an orange background; a spider and a web against a red background; and three bats against a purple background.
